2020 Global Think Tank Forum for Science and Technology Innovation of ZGC Forum (Zhongguancun Forum) is one of the parallel forums of ZGC Forum, and is its only think tank forum of high-level. The parallel forum was hosted by Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Science and Technology for Development, the National Academy of Innovation Strategy, Tsinghua University Institute for Governance Studies, China Internet Information Center (CIIC), and Qianlong think tank. It was organized by Beijing Science and Technology Strategic decision-making Consulting Center (Beike think tank) and Beijing National Communication Center for Science and Technology. 

With the theme of "Gathering Global Wisdom, Leading Science and Technology Innovation: the Voices of Global High-level Think Tanks", this forum adopted the approach combining "online and offline”, and invited well-known experts and scholars at home and abroad to make keynote reports and high-level dialogues. In the four aspects consist of global industrial collaboration, smart economy, "Belt and Road" and international scientific and technological cooperation, as well as of technological innovation and modern urban governance, the guests grasp a comprehensive picture of the trends of global scientific and technological innovation, and aim to build an efficient scientific and technological innovation system.
